Founder
My foundation is in finance and economics—disciplines that demand clarity and precision. That path carried me through equity research at RBC, where I learned to cut through noise, build world-class financial models, and study how leading financial systems operate. At MidCap Financial, I worked across private equity, M&A, and Chapter 11 situations, where I saw how businesses respond under pressure when decisions cannot wait and mistakes cost time, money, and sleep. Later, in consulting with founder-led companies, I found where I belong: inside real businesses, working directly with owners to bring order to complexity, strengthen fragile systems, and make decisions with confidence.
I know what it feels like to carry the full weight of a business. Some days you’re making strategic calls worth millions; other days you’re deep in the weeds fixing what no one else can or will. I’ve lived both sides of that spectrum, and I understand the isolation that comes with decisions few others are equipped to share. That perspective is why I don’t work as a distant advisor. I step in as a true partner, someone who shoulders part of that weight with you.
I don’t overcomplicate problems. I bring patience when things are messy, drive when momentum slows, and a steady hand when the stakes are high. In practice, that means being in the room when the hard decisions are made, stress-testing ideas before they become costly, and ensuring money, time, and people are committed where they will create the most impact.
